The Beginning

2023 - The first steps

We started by automating customer service via email with AI for various e-commerce entrepreneurs. We did this for a year and during that time we were able to help many webshops make their customer service more efficient.

By working closely with these entrepreneurs, we gained deep insight into the daily challenges of e-commerce customer service.
